Compensation for the DWP Pathways Program is based on performance in the program rather than on a fixed rate or hourly rate. This allows you to earn more for your efforts than with other compensation models.

Base compensation ("commissions") is tied to client acquisition. Additional bonuses may be awarded based on other factors. Commissions will be paid over a series of months, likely to exceed the timeframe of the program. For example, if an Associate Planner onboards five clients, commissions will be paid for five months. If the planner onboards ten clients, commissions will be paid for ten months, and so forth.* Commissions are paid monthly and are equal to 50% of the total fees paid by the clients onboarded by that planner for each month. In the Pathways program, a planner's earning potential is unlimited.
