DWP Pathways Program

Dedicated Wealth Partners is a financial planning firm based in northeastern Oklahoma, focused on delivering personalized financial strategies and retirement planning. Our mission is to help our clients build secure financial futures through a disciplined and proven approach. DWP is offering exciting internship opportunities across multiple cohorts during the 2025 Spring and 2025 Summer semesters to students eager to apply classroom concepts to real-world scenarios.

Our interns are more than interns. As an Associate Planner, you will participate in the DWP Pathways Program, which includes training and experience in every step of the client life cycle—from meeting with prospective clients to financial plan delivery and implementation. You will gain the experience needed to qualify for entry- and mid-level careers in the financial planning industry and become equipped with the skills necessary to help your clients meet their financial goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Networking and prospecting to acquire clients.

• Leading client meetings and collecting relevant data.

• Performing financial analysis and creating financial plans.

• Delivering financial plans to clients & helping implement recommendations.

• Collaborating with other Associate Planners & participating in team activities.

What you’ll need:

• Seeking a Bachelor’s degree (Junior or Senior entering 2024 Fall semester) or Master’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.

• High level of self-motivation & professionalism with strong integrity & ethics.

• Interested in meeting new people, having financial conversations, and applying concepts learned in the classroom.

• Computer access with consistent internet connectivity.

2025 Internship Cohorts:

• Spring cohort 1 (SP251): January 13 – March 7 (app deadline December 14, 2024)

• Spring cohort 2 (SP252): March 10 – May 2 (app deadline January 24, 2025)

• Spring cohort extended (SP25E): January 13 – May 2 (app deadline December 14, 2024)

• Summer cohort 1 (SU251): May 26 – July 18 (app deadline April 11, 2025)
